Instead of a static form, it's a real conversation: describe what's going on, and Claude Sonnet 5 asks adaptive follow-up questions, no fixed script, no fixed question count, until it decides it actually has enough. It then emails a structured lead brief: current situation and problems tagged FACT vs. INFERENCE, each opportunity classified as manual / automation / AI agent / website / combination / no-change-needed, with a confidence rating. Full project page →Flask/JS fitness-testing platform, PostgreSQL (Neon), deployed on Render — evolved from a single-school tool into a multi-tenant SaaS: schools, teachers, and students each properly isolated, with self-service teacher signup and class join-codes. Google SSO alongside hashed-password login, TOTP 2FA, rate-limited login, audit-logged admin actions, and a recorded privacy-policy acknowledgment for every student. Per-teacher customizable fitness standards, editable at full age-by-age granularity, that automatically re-grade every existing score the moment they change — plus an immutable, auto-purging audit trail for student-authored goal data. Full project page →Built a 34-module, 4-pillar certification course inside LearnWorlds through MCP-driven browser automation, so every section, quiz, and reorder was created by directly scripting the live admin UI (nested iframes, raw HTML via CodeMirror, simulated drag-and-drop). Root-caused and fixed a platform rendering bug invisible in the editor but blank for real students. Currently layering in LearnWorlds' AI Reviewed Text Assignment feature, automated, personalized feedback on every student's written reflections.

The player is real stock footage; the arena was generated in Runway (Nano Banana Pro) and the cheering crowd animated with Google Veo 3.1. My concept and direction; the cutout (Runway SAM3), half-speed optical-flow slow motion, ball-bounce-matched loop, and pixel dissolve were built in Python and OpenCV through Claude Code.

Full project page →A website is like a car: the build is the big job, and then it needs regular maintenance to keep running well. This graph is this site, Work Waggle. Each square is a day, and the darker the green, the more updates I made: 246 in 23 days. First two weeks of heavy building, then return visits for new pages, fixes, and search upkeep. Clients get the same ongoing care, so their site stays current for visitors and for Google without them having to think about it.
Full project page →Pulls weekly PE grades from a spreadsheet and pushes them into Canvas via the Canvas API. This started as a Make.com automation, but Make.com couldn't reliably handle what the job needed, so I rebuilt it as a custom Google Apps Script instead, purpose-built to do exactly this one thing well. That's real code, not a no-code flow: deterministic, no AI involved by design. Saves hours of work per week.
Full project page →A Google Apps Script pipeline that scans nursing-staff emails every hour, pulls student, restriction, and clearance-date details out of the subject and body, then renders a color-coded red/yellow/green dashboard directly in Google Sheets, auto-labeling each thread as it's processed so nothing gets double-logged. A 7am daily digest emails the instructor a plain-language summary of every active restriction before first period starts. Deterministic string parsing and time-driven triggers, no AI, just custom code built to do one job well. Replaced a daily manual inbox search, saving 15-20 minutes every morning while cutting the risk of a missed restriction.
